BorrowerDesk is not a lender, loan broker, financial institution, credit reporting agency, law firm, accounting firm, or government agency. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

No credit decision or professional advice

Scores, flags, payment estimates, and action lists are not loan approvals, denials, commitments, prequalifications, eligibility determinations, rate quotes, or financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

Borrower-entered information

Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information and assumptions entered. BorrowerDesk does not independently verify financial statements, credit, ownership, documents, collateral, or eligibility.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for independently verifying program rules, lender requirements, calculations, and business decisions with appropriate professionals, the SBA, and participating lenders.

Estimates and availability

Calculations use simplified assumptions and may differ materially from lender underwriting. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Features, methodology, and availability may change.

Paid Lender Prep Pack

The Lender Prep Pack is a one-time digital purchase that reorganizes the assessment answers submitted at checkout into a private, printable preparation brief. It does not include lender placement, underwriting, professional advice, document review, manual analyst work, or a guarantee that a lender will consider or approve the deal.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes payment on its hosted checkout. Any applicable tax or additional amount will be shown before payment is submitted. You authorize the amount displayed at checkout and are responsible for using a payment method you are permitted to use.

Digital delivery and access

Paid access is provided after Stripe confirms payment. BorrowerDesk displays the report and sends a private recovery link to the email entered at checkout. Keep that email and link secure. If access is lost, use purchase recovery to generate a replacement link. A replacement link invalidates the previous link.

Refunds and duplicate charges

Because the digital pack is generated and delivered immediately, purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise. BorrowerDesk will correct duplicate charges and will review a refund request when a paid report was not delivered because of a BorrowerDesk service error. Reply to the purchase-delivery email with the order reference to request help.

Payment disputes

Contact BorrowerDesk by replying to the delivery email before filing a payment dispute so a delivery or duplicate-charge problem can be investigated. This does not limit rights provided by law or a payment-card issuer.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, share a paid report link publicly, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use automated checkout abuse, or use BorrowerDesk for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
