Designed for equal access.
BorrowerDesk targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing product requirement, not a badge or one-time automated score.
Current support
- Keyboard access throughout the website and readiness check.
- A visible skip link and consistent page landmarks and headings.
- A modal assessment that contains keyboard focus, closes with Escape, and returns focus to the control that opened it.
- Persistent, high-contrast focus indicators and text labels that do not rely on color alone.
- Native form controls, announced option states, input constraints, and text-based validation messages.
- Layouts that reflow for mobile screens and browser zoom without requiring horizontal interaction.
- Reduced-motion support for people who request it through their operating system.
Conformance target
Our implementation target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That technical target helps us improve compatibility with screen readers, screen magnification, speech input, switch controls, and keyboard-only navigation. It does not by itself constitute a legal certification or guarantee compatibility with every assistive-technology and browser combination.
Last review
Accessibility review updated August 17, 2026. The core public routes and eight-step readiness check were reviewed for document structure, keyboard operation, focus management, control naming, state announcements, contrast, reflow, target sizing, and reduced motion.
Known boundary
The printed readiness report depends on the browser’s print and PDF features. Those tools may create PDFs with different accessibility characteristics. For the most reliable reading experience, use the on-screen HTML report with your browser or assistive technology.
